His life hasn’t always been easy. He was bullied so badly at middle school that his parents were forced to home-school him. Yet he attended high school where he wasn’t exactly hiding in corners. Instead he was “involved with speech & debate, drama, the F.F.A., was president of the writers’ club, editor of the school literary magazine, and captain of Destination Imagination.”
Chris Colfer is an inspiration to DaVincis who find themselves in horrible situations. He’s a reminder that our challenges are temporary and that our talents are the way we get through them.
